Ashlee joined the BillyLids Therapy team in June 2025, bringing with her a strong passion for paediatric care and a warm, client-centred approach to therapy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Deakin University in Geelong, Victoria, in 2024, and began her career working in a private paediatric clinic supporting children aged 4 to 17 within the NDIS framework. This experience provided Ashlee with a solid foundation in navigating the NDIS and tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
Ashlee has a particular interest in sensory integration and early intervention, and she is dedicated to providing individualised therapy that supports children in reaching their goals while empowering families throughout the process. She values making therapy both meaningful and enjoyable, ensuring each child feels understood and supported.
Outside of her professional role, Ashlee enjoys spending time in nature—whether it’s hiking, swimming, or relaxing at the beach. She also has a creative side and loves DIY projects, especially upcycling household items like bedside tables. Her hobbies reflect her appreciation for creativity, sustainability, and hands-on learning.
