Fees and Fundings
BillyLids Therapy welcomes all clients under 10 years old who are privately paying, NDIS-funded, or Medicare-eligible. Your child can access therapy in our clinic with or without a diagnosis or referral.
Being upfront and transparent is important to us. We’ve included our fees and funding options below to give you greater clarity about our services. If you have any questions, please give us a call to say g’day - we’d be happy to help you understand what funding is available, even before a formal diagnosis.
Fee Structures
Book discovery callStandard Therapy Consultation – $193.99
45 minutes of face-to-face, one-on-one therapy with your speech pathologist or occupational therapist + 15 minutes of note taking and records
Travel Fees – $48.50 / 15 minutes (in addition to consultation fees)
Reports and Resources – $193.99/hour
Accessing our services
The importance of early intervention and support through the early childhood years is well recognised. Speech pathology and occupational therapy are accessible for everyone, whether your child receives funding, a Medicare rebate or you’re a privately paying client.
Many of our clients are eligible for funding or rebates, however you can also access our services as a privately paying client. Some private health insurers provide Extras cover for speech pathology and occupational therapy.

Early childhood approach & early intervention funding
NDIS Funding
Even if your child doesn’t have a diagnosis for a disability or developmental delay, they may be able to access funded therapy through the NDIS. The Early Childhood Approach provides support for children younger than 6 without a diagnosis from a medical professional.

Cancellation Policy
We know that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to cancel your regular appointment at BillyLids Therapy. To help us run the clinic smoothly and to allow others access to last-minute appointments, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation or full fees apply.
